it’s long overdue, but its time. with tour in full swing, festival season upon us, and many other things going on, its time for some updates. a lot has happened in the last few months, some good, some bad, but all moving things forward.
back in September, Derek & I were lucky enough to go see Sharon Jones & Grace Potter. Grace opened the evening up, setting the stage for Sharon Jones. i first saw Sharon backing Phish at Festival 8 for the Exile Set. I’ve always enjoyed her music, but this was my first time seeing her & the Dap Kings & they did not disappoint. JD & Callie were gracious enough to host us, and joined us for the show.
